Six-day training course from February 5-27th 2026

The course is for all aspiring mediators, or those wishing to re-train or re-fresh. We specialise in mediation in the workplace, in family relationships (not divorce) and in the community. This course is also the first step in training for those wishing to go on to further training in SEND mediation. ChangeMaker is a College of Mediators approved training company. Our Foundation Mediation Training programme has been through a robust accreditation process to meet all of the requirements for a newly trained mediator as outlined by the College of Mediators.

The course takes place over 6 days and is designed to provide candidates with the necessary knowledge and skills to begin their journey as a newly qualified mediator.

Upon successful completion of the course candidates will, with suitable supervision arrangements in place, be able to register as a Trained Mediator with the College of Mediators.
