Following our expansion and merger with another Relate Centre in the South East, we are seeking a new member of our experienced team to support families through our long established Family Mediation service.
Our Mediation service has held a LAA contract for 30 years and successfully moved its whole service online last year.
Candidates need to be comfortable and skilled working online.
Benefits of joining our Relate team:
Working for a nationally recognised, specialist service with an excellent reputation;
Free high quality clinical supervision
Free group supervision for peer support and to share good practice with other experienced practitioners;
A range of tailored CPD courses run specifically for our counsellors/mediators;
Full professional indemnity cover.
Mediators carry out the majority of the administration of their caseload and so are free to manage their own availability. In return they receive a considerably enhanced fee.
