The SEND Mediation Training Programme is an advanced, practice-led course for accredited and experienced mediators who wish to specialise in mediating disputes within the field of Special Educational Needs and Disability.

This is a rigorous and meaningful programme that equips mediators to work confidently, ethically, and competently in highly sensitive SEND contexts — supporting families, local authorities, and professionals to find resolution and move forward in the best interests of children and young people.

We don’t just train you. We support you into real casework.

Our programme includes structured, supervised casework as part of your accreditation pathway – not something you have to find on your own.
