Global Mediation are pleased to announce the dates of our next SEND Mediation Training Course, on 17^th and 18^th November 2022 in Hertfordshire

The course package includes:

• A pre-course SEND mediation observation (DBS clearance is required, and is included in the course fee).
• An induction event and guidance on pre-course reading and preparation.
• Modules 1-4: The Taught Component of the course is delivered over two full days in person.
• Module 5: The Professional Practice and Casework element of the course provides the opportunity for the mediator to demonstrate, over a minimum of three cases (one observation, one co-mediation, one assessed lead mediation) , that they can apply the knowledge and learning from the taught programme in the mediation setting. This will take place alongside an experienced SEND mediator, who will observe their practice, and play a specific role in mentoring and supporting  reflective practice. During the Professional Practice, the applicant will benefit from a 1:1 participant / experienced SEND mentor ratio.
• In addition, applicants will be offered two individual 1:1 coaching sessions in order to support the applicants through the course and to explore future aspirations
• Refreshments, lunch, and course materials during the Taught Component

Price:

• £1800 + VAT to be paid in two installments
• £600 incl. VAT deposit to secure your place
• £1560 Incl. VAT payable 14 days prior to commencement of the course
