The College of Mediators is pleased that the involvement of the College as an advisor to the Government, regarding the plans announced on 2 March 2023 for reforming special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) support, has been recognised in section 20 of the plan. The College thanks Hugo Besterman for his work representing the interests of SEND mediators on this important subject, and the College looks forward to being able to continue to help in whatever way we can.
