Dr Maria Moscati (Reader in Law and Society at University of Sussex) and Mr Andrew Sims (Independent Mediator in Full-time practice) are carrying out research on Inheritance Disputes and Mediation and are looking for participants.

We would like to invite you to participate in our research project on Inheritance Disputes and Mediation. Our research has received ethical approval by the Cross-Schools Research Ethics Committee at the University of Sussex.

We collect data by asking mediators to answer a short, anonymous survey that will take 15 minutes to be completed, and optional focus groups.
